Born and raised in the heart of South Florida’s premier dance community, Ryn Deyo is a passionate Creative Lead, Choreographer, and Arts Administrator committed to fostering artistic expression and growth through movement. During her pre-professional career, Ryn trained for over 12 years at the award-winning Boca Dance Studio and attended North Broward Preparatory School, where the Fine Arts Department curriculum was guided by a partnership with the world-renowned Juilliard School.

Ryn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Administration with a Minor in Dance from the University of Kentucky where she moved to further her professional career and education. During this time, she was a four-year member of Movement Continuum, Lexington’s original and longest-standing contemporary dance company. Ryn performed in four mainstage productions, one of which she had the privilege of touring across the state of Kentucky.

Choreographing professionally since the age of 17, Ryn has created internationally recognized, award-winning work for independent soloists and collective groups ranging in age from 9 to 24 in advanced settings. She currently teaches on faculty at From The Top Dance Studio in Fort Lauderdale, delivering high-level Jazz Funk training rooted in artistry, musicality, and performance excellence. Ryn also served for two years as Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Center for Arts & Innovation, where she gained valuable experience in arts nonprofit leadership, organizational strategy, and creative operations.

Expanding beyond the stage, Ryn works as a creative director for film, leading the creative vision for concept-driven dance films that merge movement with cinematic storytelling. Her film The Moment I Said It received the Best Choreography award at the 2025 Experimental, Dance & Music International Film Festival. Through choreography, education, and creative direction, Ryn is passionate about helping artists strengthen both their technical foundation and creative voice, empowering them to become confident, adaptable, and innovative performers.
